Cancellation Policy

📌 Booking Policy! New clients must complete a free discovery call before booking an initial coaching session. After the discovery call, clients may use the online booking to schedule their sessions. All sessions must be paid in full in advance. The coaching agreement and intake form(s) must be completed before the initial coaching session. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. 📌 Cancellation Policy! A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the session being forfeited. All payments, including package payments, are non-refundable. Late arrivals do not extend session time. 📌 Waitlist Policy - If no appointment times are available, clients may join the waitlist after completing their consultation. Waitlisted clients are contacted in the order requests are received, with priority given to clients enrolled in coaching packages.
