Welcome to Mindset Rewired LLC. By using this website, booking coaching services, or purchasing digital products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These policies ensure transparency, professionalism, and mutual understanding.

1. TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 Nature of Services

Mindset Rewired LLC provides life coaching, mindset coaching, accountability coaching, personal development support, and digital educational products.

Coaching is a non-clinical, forward-focused process designed to help clients develop clarity, increase confidence, and take aligned action.

Coaching is NOT:

• Therapy

• Counseling

• Mental health treatment

• Medical advice

• Legal or financial advice

No diagnosis, assessment, or clinical intervention will be provided.
If client needs fall outside the scope of coaching, a referral may be recommended.

1.2 Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Participate actively in coaching

• Arrive on time and prepared

• Communicate goals and concerns honestly

• Complete reflections or exercises between sessions

• Understand that results depend on personal effort

Mindset Rewired LLC cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results.

1.3 Payments & Fees

• Payment is due at the time of booking.

• Sessions will not be held without payment.

• All sessions, packages, and digital products are final and non-refundable.

1.4 Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule.

• Sessions canceled with less less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited.

• “No-shows” are also forfeited.

• All purchases—coaching packages, individual sessions, and digital products—are final with no refunds or credits for any reason.
  Everything is final, no matter what.

1.5 Package Expiration

Coaching packages must be used within the specified timeframe.
Unused sessions do not roll over and cannot be refunded, credited, or transferred.

1.6 Technology Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• A quiet, private space

• A stable phone or internet connection

If technology issues occur, the session may continue by phone when possible.

1.7 Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Mindset Rewired LLC—including digital downloads, workbooks, guides, and website content—are protected by copyright.

Clients may not:

• Copy

• Reproduce

• Share

• Distribute

• Upload

• Alter

• Resell

• Claim authorship

Written permission is required for any reproduction or distribution.

1.8 Limitation of Liability

By participating in coaching or using this website, clients release Mindset Rewired LLC from all claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from:

• Coaching services

• Digital products

• Email communications

• Website use

Clients participate voluntarily and are responsible for their decisions and outcomes.

1.9 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

2. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

2.1 All Sales Are Final

There are no refunds, credits, transfers, or cancellations for:

• Coaching sessions

• Coaching packages

• Missed or unused sessions

• Late cancellations

• Rescheduled sessions

• Digital downloads

• Courses or online programs

Everything is final, no matter what.

2.2 Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

2.3 Digital Products

All digital products are non-refundable due to immediate, permanent access.
If technical problems occur, Mindset Rewired LLC will assist with restoring access, but this does not qualify for a refund.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCT POLICY

3.1 Personal-Use License

Digital downloads are for personal use only. Clients may not:

• Share files

• Forward or distribute content

• Post materials online

• Resell or use them commercially

• Claim ownership of the content

All digital materials remain the intellectual property of Mindset Rewired LLC.

3.2 Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents access, Mindset Rewired LLC will assist with restoring access.
This does not qualify for a refund.

4. PRIVACY POLICY

Mindset Rewired LLC values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
