Discover Calls (Phone Consultations) are scheduled by completing the contact form. This brief call is used to discuss your goals, address any questions you may have, and determine if coaching is the right fit for you.

2. Can I book a coaching session online?

Yes. Sessions can be booked online after you complete your phone consultation.

3. What happens during the consultation?

The consultation is a short, supportive conversation where we:

  • Discuss your goals

  • Talk about what you’re looking for

  • Review coaching packages

  • Go over expectations

  • This call is not a coaching session.

4. How do I schedule my first session?

Your first session is booked online after the discovery call, if coaching is a good fit for you.

5. What is the cost of a coaching session?

Coaching sessions are $80 for 60 minutes.
Package options are available for additional savings and ongoing support.

6. How do I pay for sessions?

Sessions must be paid in advance when you book on the website.

7. Do you accept insurance?

No. Mindset Rewired LLC is a private-pay only service and does not accept insurance.

8. Are sessions virtual or in-person?

All coaching sessions are virtual, allowing you to meet from a comfortable location.

9. What does a coaching session include?

Each session is supportive, structured, and tailored to your needs. Sessions include mindset coaching, emotional regulation tools, confidence work, and personalized action steps.

10. What issues can coaching help with?

Coaching is ideal for women seeking support with:

11. How often do clients meet?

Most clients meet weekly or bi-weekly to maintain consistency and progress.

12. What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching focuses on mindset, habits, emotional wellness tools, and goal setting. 
Therapy addresses diagnosis, clinical mental health needs, and treatment.
Coaching is not a substitute for mental health therapy.

13. Who is coaching NOT for?

Coaching is not appropriate for individuals experiencing:

  • Crisis or safety concerns

  • Active trauma symptoms

  • Severe depression or anxiety

  • Need for diagnosis or clinical treatment

These situations require licensed mental health care.

14. What is your cancellation policy?

A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule or cancel. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being forfeited. All payments are non-refundable.

15. What if I’m running late?

Sessions end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session still ends as planned.

16. Can I text between sessions?

Texting is reserved for administrative communication only. All coaching support occurs during scheduled sessions.

17. Do you offer refunds?

Payments for sessions and packages are non-refundable.

18. How soon can I start?

Most clients can schedule a consultation within a few days, and sessions typically begin within one week after completing forms and payment.

19. Do you have a waitlist?

If no appointment times are available, you may request to join the waitlist. Clients are contacted in the order received, with priority given to package clients and members. 

20. What type of clients do you work with?

I specialize in working with women who want to strengthen their mindset, reduce stress, build confidence, and navigate life transitions with clarity and purpose. My clients are ready for change and open to personal development tools that support emotional and mental wellness.
